Dr. Bruce M. Albert

Dr. Albert received his B.A. from Duke University in Durham, N.C. in 1974. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Medical School in 1978, and then completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Pittsburgh in 1983. He became board-certified in orthopaedic surgery in 1985, and has been in private practice since 1983. He has served as team physician for Fullerton High School from 1985-1988, and for Irvine Valley College from 1993-1999. He has been past President of the Independent Physican Association of Irvine from 1997-1999. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Western Orthopaedic Association, the California Medical Association, the Orange County Medical Association, and the International Arthroscopy Association. Dr. Albert also holds several medical qualifications, including Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), Agreed Medical Evaluator (AME), and Independent Medical Evaluator (IME). In addition, Dr. Albert has given numerous lectures on the treatment of knee and shoulder injuries and problems.
